NOW THEREFORE, it is considered expedient to reduce the terms and conditions governing the partnership into writing in order to avoid any misunderstanding in future. Hence, it is witnessed and it is hereby mutually agreed as under:-

Name and Style
That the name and style of the firm shall be "EMPLOYERS ENTERPRISES" and or any other name or names as may be desired by the parties hereof.

Nature of Business
The nature business of the firm will be diverse and comprehensive, including but not limited to:

Real Estate
Garments Manufacturing
FMCG Products
Finance
Construction
Human Resources
Hotel & Hospitality
Automobile Industry
Service Industry
Export Import
Organic Manure & Fertilizer
* Also includes all kinds of tangible and intangible product manufacturing, trading sale, and purchase as deemed appropriate by the firm.
